Thank you so much for supporting a local business. We kindly ask that you read the below Terms and Conditions when making an appointment with Parlour Dala. We understand that 'life' happens and things change; so we have come up with a fair reschedule and cancellation policy.

48 Hour Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

All booking fees are refundable until 48 hours before your appointment.

On occasions, you may need to change your appointment time or day and we will always respect this. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you give 48 hours’ notice so that another client has the opportunity to make an appointment. If notice is not provided within the correct timeframe the Booking Fee is forfeited.

 

We are small business that survives off our clients showing up to their private 1:1 appointment.

Appointment Booking Fee

When making an appointment we will ask you for a Booking Fee which will be processed via the booking link. If you do not arrive for your appointment the deposit will be forfeited. The Booking Fee is non-refundable.

 

All appointments will be sent a reminder text message before the appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule please text 0413 896 193 ASAP.

No Show

Should the unfortunate occasion occur that you do not arrive for your appointment and have not given the requested notice time of 48 hours, please remember your Booking Fee is non-refundable.
